My background is in project management, systems, workflows, and automation, and I bring that experience along with the hands-on execution that most business owners need but rarely find in one person. I have led project launches under tight deadlines, built client onboarding experiences from scratch, managed course launches from enrollment to community engagement, and designed automation workflows that save my clients hours every single week. One client described working with me as having someone who kept them aligned with their launch schedule, looped in the right people, and adjusted plans as needed. That is exactly how I show up for every client I work with.
I founded HRM Summit Solutions to take the operational weight off entrepreneurs who are talented at what they do but were never meant to also be their own systems department.
